Incfile is now Bizee. Bizee's current rebrand page says Incfile transformed into Bizee while keeping the same operating team, customer accounts, documents and existing service continuity. This page keeps “Incfile” in the title because users still search for the old name, but the current company and product pages use the Bizee brand.

Pricing: $39 vs $0 Is Real—but Incomplete
Northwest's current official formation page advertises $39 + state fees. Bizee currently advertises its Silver package at $0 + state fees, with higher Gold and Platinum tiers available for additional services.
The upfront winner is therefore straightforward: Bizee is cheaper at entry level. But a useful comparison should also ask what you would otherwise pay for registered-agent service, an operating agreement, business-address tools, EIN filing help, compliance products and other optional services.
Registered Agent Service: Both Include Year One
Both providers currently advertise one year of registered-agent service with formation. Northwest's official registered-agent page lists the standalone/renewal service at $125 per year.
Bizee's site is less consistent. Several current state registered-agent pages say formation customers receive the first year free and pay $119/year after that. But Bizee's own Northwest comparison page currently says $149/year. Because of that conflict, this page does not present a single Bizee renewal number as unquestionably current.
Processing Speed: The Old 3–4 Week Claim Is Stale
The previous page said Bizee's “standard processing” usually took 3–4 weeks. That confuses provider preparation time with state approval time.
Bizee's current official LLC filing page says it prepares and submits formation documents within one business day after receiving the order. After that, the state filing office controls approval. Depending on the state, that can range from very fast online approval to several weeks, and some states offer separate expedited processing.
Use two clocks: (1) how fast the provider prepares/submits your filing, and (2) how fast the state approves it. Do not blame or credit a provider for a state queue it does not control.
What Northwest Bundles That Changes the Value Comparison
Northwest's current formation page advertises more than document filing. It says its $39 formation package includes first-year registered-agent service, an operating agreement or bylaws, and a business-identity package that can include a business address, domain, website, email and phone tools.
That does not automatically make Northwest cheaper overall—many users will not need every bundled tool. But it means a pure “$0 vs $39” comparison is incomplete for users who would otherwise purchase those services separately.
Privacy and Support
Northwest makes privacy a central published product position. Its current site explicitly says it provides business-address tools, Privacy by Default® and that it does not sell customer data. It also emphasizes support through its Corporate Guides®.
